We eliminate all refined sugars, grains, legumes, dairy, soy and anything processed…(NOT LIKE WE USE PROCESSED FOOD ANYWAY’S!!!) This program allows for healthy weight loss and is known to increase energy, focus and mental clarity. Rest assure your ancestors would be proud!
