7-whole-30-squareOur Whole FoodsProgram is designed for those clients who need to reboot their system by eliminating all the “troublemakers” AKA food irritants AKA allergens in their diet. We will design meals that follow a strict Whole Foods routine for 30 days including no dairy, no sugar, no soy, no grains, no legumes, and you should not be drinking any caffeine or alcohol while following this program. Not only will you shed pounds but you will feel amazing after the 30 days is up! Please discuss this plan with our nutrition coach to make sure it fits your lifestyle and can be achieved successfully. After 30 days our health coach can help you transition into one of our other programs.
